A storyteller by training, my interest in cooking and Gourmet food grew as an escape from the problems of everyday life. Over time, I developed an ever-growing passion for cooking more and better. So, despite not being a professional in the field, I decided to create this project, where I share what I learn from reading and observation. I believe that cooking is similar to writing a story — there are elements of beginning, middle, and end that, when harmoniously interconnected, create fantastic and complex climaxes.

The act of cooking is inclusive, free, creative, democratic, and global.
